How does withholding tax work in practice in different European countries? Which countries use the pay & refund mechanism? Is there an over-implementation of EU law? What is the role and responsibility of the withholding agent? We will discuss these issues with experts from Lithuania, Estonia, Hungary, Romania, Luxembourg, UK, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece and Poland.
