On behalf of the organizers: Division of Financial and Tax Law and Vat Research Center of Kozminski University in Warsaw and the Mazovian Branch of the National Chamber of Tax Advisors, we would like to invite you to the international scientific conference "VAT harmonisation in the European Union – present and future”. The International Tax Association IFA Poland is a Patron of this event.
As emphasized by the invited speakers, including prof. Krzysztof Lasiński-Sulecki, Member of the Board of IFA Poland, harmonization of the VAT system is a necessary element for the proper functioning of the common market. The challenges involved are not only of a legislative or political nature – they provide an excellent opportunity to examine the views of science, doctrine and practice of individual member states in this area.
